What do you mean with you copied the standardtype?
And now it is not visible?
As far as I know, for IT-servicemanagement there are two possibilites.
You copy them with the wizard over SOLMAN_SETUP transaction in solution manager or you copy them directly in customizing.
So I guess you copied them in customizing?
And what do you mean with "not visible"?
So when you click on create to create a request you don't get a popup in which you can shoose your z-type?
